I had JB Roofing come look at my roof to diagnose a small leak in my upstairs bathroom. Joe found the root cause–cracked vent pipe gasket/caulking–within a minute after climbing onto my roof. He caulked it up free of charge (he didn’t want payment as it was a temporary fix until we can setup a time for him to come back for the permanent fix)! Thank you Joe!
Messaged on Saturday night, showed up Sunday after my daughter had soccer. Climbed the roof and explained what he thought was happening and didn’t try to oversell on anything. Super friendly guy and I would recommend him to anyone that asks.
